Engaging in organizational activities fosters individual growth; nonetheless, active participation necessitates individuals to invest their time, energy, cognitive effort, perseverance, and motivation. This correlational study aims examine the relationship between self-esteem academic resilience among student council functionaries vocational high schools Salatiga. By employing quota sampling technique, a total of 143 councils from six were recruited as participants Data collected using Self-esteem Inventory Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30) analyzed utilizing Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient. The result demonstrated positive, significant (r = 0.363 α= 0.000). In other words, emerges contributing factor increased It is necessary for provide problem-solving-based program improve students engaging activities. Having higher level self-esteem, will likely possess resilience.
